Two silicone options 
Clear food grade - heat resistant up to 220°c and is suitable for casting resin, polymer clay, wax, soaps, gypsum and concrete plus food grade.
Green heatproof which is the same as the clear but not food safe. 
If you choose food grade silicone you will receive the clear. If you choose heatproof you may receive clear or green colour mold. 
Size of sponges are approximately 42mm wide and 14mm high. Available in another listing.
Size of cream swirl is approximately 42mm wide on the flat bottom and 21mm high.
Both sponge and swirl was originally made from real food to give it a realistic texture.
